Shipping Policy

Most standard orders ship within 2-3 business days via ground shipping. The lead time for made-to-order items may vary based on component availability. We will provide an estimated delivery date for your made-to-order items once your order has been confirmed. QUICK SHIP items will ship same-business-day if the order is placed M-F before 2PM EST, or next-business-day if the order is placed M-F after 2PM EST.

Shipping Options

When you shop our online store, these are the shipping options you will be presented with during checkout for Standard Sized Products (Ship Method: FedEx):

1) Flat Rate (5-8 Business Days)- This option applies to all orders under $50.00. There is a $6.49 shipping charge applied to your order and the product arrives within 5-8 business days.

2) Ground (2-5 Business Days) - Free ground shipping on any order valued at $50.00 or more; guaranteed delivery within 7 business days.

3) No Rush (5% Rebate) - Not in a hurry? We'll still do our best to get the product to you in a timely manner, but we won't be forcing anyone to work overtime! As a thank you to our customers for this reprieve, we are offering a 5% rebate on all orders that utilize this shipping method. The rebate will be processed within 30 days of shipment.

4) Ground (Large Package Surcharge) - Some of our products are oversized and will incur a $99.00 large package surcharge from the shipping carrier. These products are clearly marked on the Product Detail Page with "Ship Method: FedEx (+$99 Large Package Surcharge)".

5) Freight Carrier - Certain large pieces cannot be delivered using a small parcel carrier and must be delivered via Freight Carrier. These orders will incur a $250 handling charge, and you will be required to schedule a delivery appointment with the shipping carrier.

We partner with only the most trusted carriers to make sure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information and instructions on how you can control the delivery of your package(s). Learn More

Orders over $1,000.00 will require adult signature upon delivery.

REPORTING PACKAGE DAMAGE

Shoppers Lighting guarantees damage-free delivery of your order. If your package is damaged or if you find damaged contents upon opening your order, we will replace the product at no cost to you. Please send images of the damage to info@shopperslighting.com and one of our customer care associates will contact you to let you know how to proceed.

REPORTING PACKAGE THEFT

Porch pirates! Roughly 23 million Americans have had packages stolen from their property (wow!). We highly recommend utilizing the tracking and package control tools offered by our carrier partners. These tools help you to control where, when and how your packages are delivered; you can learn more here.

If your package has been stolen, do not panic. Shoppers Lighting offers guaranteed package delivery! Please report any package theft to info@shopperslighting.com or by calling 800-767-5333. Your order will either be replaced or refunded in full by one of our customer care associates.

FREIGHT SHIPPING

Scheduling Freight Deliveries. If your order is shipping via freight carrier (Product Page displays "Ship Method: Freight Carrier"), then the freight company will contact you to schedule delivery. Please double-check your shipping contact information to ensure that the email address and phone number are accurate. If the freight company is unable to reach you or you are unavailable to receive delivery, you may incur additional storage charges.

Receiving Freight Deliveries. An adult 18 years of age or older must be available to accept all freight deliveries. You must inspect the entire order before signing for the delivery. The delivery driver should wait for you to confirm the condition of the product before leaving the delivery location. Note that a damaged box does not always indicate damage to the product inside, and an undamaged box does not always guarantee that the product inside is undamaged. Once you have signed for your order, no party is able to file a claim with the carrier.

If you discover any damage to your product upon delivery and inspection, you should refuse the shipment by writing “Refused due to damage” on the bill of lading and provide this along with the product to the driver. Please contact us as well to notify us. Proper documentation is required to receive compensation for damages or replacement product for orders delivered via freight carrier.
