Not quite what you wanted? Return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund*. We'll even provide a free shipping label!

1) Log in with the email you used to make your purchase.
2) Find the order you'd like to return in the Orders list
3) Select "Request Return"


Once your request is submitted, please allow up to 1 business day to receive authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.

If you received a damaged product or need missing or additional parts, please CONTACT US and we will be happy to help replace any damaged or missing parts!

Some common scenarios include:

Broken Glass: We provide replacement glass free of charge!
Damage Due to Shipping: Your order is fully protected from damage and even theft! We will either refund or replace any damaged or stolen products.


Shoppers Lighting Return Policy

*We are committed to maximum customer satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return the item for a refund or to exchange it for something else. While there are some exceptions, such as made-to-order items, Discontinued products*, or products that have been installed or returned outside of the original packaging, we accept returns for a full refund up to 30 days from the date of original purchase.

We kindly ask that the product be returned in its original packaging. Products that have been installed, are returned without the original packaging, or returned without disclosing damages or defects may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product's price. Your refund or exchange will be processed promptly once the product has been returned to our facility.

If you received a product that appears to be damaged, please contact us prior to requesting return. In most cases we can provide replacement glass or parts so that you may proceed with your installation schedule.

Shipping charges are paid to the shipping carrier for their services and are not eligible for refund unless product damage or shipping delay is reported to Shoppers Lighting and documented prior to return request.

Before ordering large quantities of the same product, we encourage you to ask for detailed information and if needed, swatches or samples to help ensure your order is correct.

*Discontinued products are clearly noted on the product page and are not eligible for return.
