1. Do you offer price matching?

Yes, we offer a 30 day price match guarantee. If you find the identical product advertised for a lower price, including shipping and handling fees, within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference. Exclusions to our price match guarantee:

- Minka Aire, Minka Lavery, George Kovacs and Metrolpolitan Lighting
- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, open box or used items
- Offers from unauthorized distributors
- Other restrictions may apply

2. Can I change or cancel my order?

We understand the nature of your project and we do our best to make sure cancellations or changes to orders are completed in a timely manner. Cancellations and changes can be requested by contacting customer service. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on the status of your order.

3. What is your return policy?

We are committed to maximum customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return the item for a full refund or to exchange it for something else. While there are some exceptions, such as made-to-order items or products that have been installed, we allow customers to return products up to 30 days from the date of original purchase.

We kindly ask that the product be returned in its original packaging. Your refund or exchange will be processed promptly once the product has been returned to our facility.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

We are only able to ship to an address in the United States.

5. Do you offer a warranty on the products you sell?

We partner with our manufacturers to make sure you receive the best products and service possible. We stand behind each manufacturer’s warranty, and will assist you in resolving warranty related issues in a timely manner, based on the manufacturer’s policies.

6. I'm looking to place a large order, do you offer volume discounts?

Beyond our trade program we do offer discounts on large volume orders based on the product and quantity for more information please contact customer service.

7. How quickly will you ship my order?

Most standard orders ship within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order items require additional handling for assembly. Please contact us for estimated delivery date prior to placing an order for a made-to-order product.

8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free ground shipping on any order over $50.00 anywhere in the continental United States. Orders under $50.00 are charged a flat fee of $6.49 per order.

9. Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is included as part of your product purchase total if you live in the following states:

AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI
