1. Do you offer price matching?
Yes, we offer a 30 day price match guarantee. If you find the identical product advertised for a lower price including shipping and handling fees within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference.
Exclusions to our price match guarantee:

- Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, open box or used items

2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations or changes to orders must be done by contacting customer service. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on the status of your order. If your order has already shipped you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
3. What is your return policy?
At ShoppersLighting.com, we are committed to maximum customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to return the item for a full refund or to exchange it for something else. You may return a product up to 30 days from the date of original purchase.
Any item you return must be unused in its original packaging. Please keep the receipt and include in return shipping. Your refund credit will be issued after the item has been returned and inspected.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item, which can be deducted from the credit amount after inspection.
However, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Light bulbs
- Used, assembled, or installed items
- Products with unwrapped crystals
- Open box or clearance merchandise
- Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)
Before ordering large quantities of the same product, we encourage you to ask for detailed information and, if needed, swatches or samples to help ensure your order is correct.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
No, at this time we do not offer international shipping.
5. Do you offer a warranty on the products you sell?
We stand behind each manufacturer’s warranty on the products we sell and will assist you in resolving warranty related issues in a timely manner based on the manufacturer’s policies.

Beyond our trade program we do offer discounts on large volume orders based on the product and quantity for more information please contact customer service.
7. How quickly will you ship my order?
Most stock items ship within 24-48 hours, within 48 hours of placing your order we will provide you with tracking information or an estimated ship date.
8. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free ground shipping on any order over $50.00 anywhere in the continental United States.
